By accessing or using the Libora platform, website, and associated management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. About Libora

Libora is a cloud-based SaaS platform developed and owned by SoftMaji InfoTech Private Limited, engineered to assist reading rooms, study centers, and libraries with student admissions, seat layout management, shift tracking, QR attendance, catalog management, and billing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or represent a legally recognized business entity or educational institution to register for an administrator account and use the platform.

4. Account Registration

Administrators must provide accurate, current, and complete details during signup. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

5. Library Administrator Responsibilities

Administrators are solely responsible for the accuracy of student records, shift assignments, fee receipts, and seat allocations. Administrators must ensure all member data entered complies with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, distribute, modify, disrupt, introduce malicious scripts to, or use Libora for any unlawful, harassing, or unauthorized purpose.

7. Subscription Plans and Fees

Libora is offered on tiered subscription models (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Subscription pricing is determined by your chosen plan and seat/branch capacity. We reserve the right to revise pricing with advance notice.

8. Payments and Renewals

All payments must be completed in advance through approved payment methods. Failure to renew prior to the plan expiration date may result in automated suspension of active dashboard features.

9. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are subject to our dedicated Refund Policy. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once activated, except as explicitly specified in our Refund Policy.

10. Free and Verification Plans

Free trial periods or nominal verification plans (such as ₹1 activation) are provided at our discretion for evaluation purposes and may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice.

11. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, or third-party outages may cause temporary downtime.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, engage in abusive or illegal operations, or default on subscription fee payments.

13. User Data and Content

You retain full ownership of all student, seat, book, and financial data you upload to Libora. You grant us a non-exclusive right to store, process, and transmit this data strictly for the purpose of operating the platform.

14. Intellectual Property

All software code, visual layouts, branding, graphics, and interface designs of Libora are the exclusive intellectual property of SoftMaji InfoTech Private Limited.

15. Third-Party Services

Libora integrates third-party tools for payment processing and automated notifications. We are not liable for outages, delays, or service failures originating from third-party service providers.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftMaji InfoTech Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Libora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular business purpose.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoftMaji InfoTech Private Limited and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these terms or improper management of your student/member records.

19. Changes to the Service

We continuously improve Libora and reserve the right to add, update, modify, or deprecate specific features, dashboards, or integrations with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

20. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of Libora following the posting of amended terms signifies your agreement to the modified terms.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
